The UMH 250 is WellAV's new generation of H.264/MPEG-AVC standard HD encoder. It supports HD SDI, analogue YPbPr, SD CVBS video,analogue XLR audio input and ASI/IP output. With improved algorithm and compression efficiency, its providing major improvements in picture quality, offering crisp, vibrant video at extreamely low bit-rates. The UMH 250 delivers more HD video and audio channels in the available bandwidth, enabling the launch of additional HD services in an existing digital video or IPTV network.
