Description:

The UMH 221 encoder is designed to support service providers to deliver high quality MPEG-2 video cost-effectively while using limited bandwidth. Fully compliant with DVB standard, it compresses, encodes and multiplexes the analog video/audio signal into SPTS(Single Program Transport Stream) output. The UMH 221 encoder can obtain excellent picture quality at low bit-rates and is ideal for real-time digital TV broadcasting.
